We’re currently opening a new position in our team – Sales Assistant who will take administrative role and after-sales care of our business clients.
The Role
The main focus of the position will be direct work with DEV.BG business clients – conduct comprehensive communication, assist and undertake administrative functions. Our small sales team has exceptional business ethics and personal approach to every one of our clients.
Can you build close relationships with clients? Are you able to multitask and prioritize effectively? Do you like to prepare documents and be focused on details?
Main Responsibilities
- Communication with DEV.BG business clients and aftersales activities;
- Perform administrative duties, prepare documents and offers;
- Send invoices to clients and track payments;
- Collaborate with other departments and make sure that the client needs are met;
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems;
- Due research and identify potential business opportunities in order to support the sales processes;
- Prepare and share with clients statistics and business data;
Main Requirements
- Previous experience on a similar role;
- Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build long-term partnerships with professionals on different levels;
- Client-centric mindset;
- Flexible and adaptable to change;
- Initiative and responsibility;
- Fluent English;
- Understanding the IT sector is not mandatory but will be considered as an advantage.
