We’re currently opening a new position in our sales team – Business Development Representative.
The Role
The main focus of the position will be direct work with DEV.BG business clients – conduct comprehensive communication, consulting clients regarding our services, due research, selling and upselling. Our small sales team has exceptional business ethics and personal approach to every one of our clients. You will join a team of individuals which consider being well-organized and responsible as well as hard-working and proactive a virtue. We love what we do.
The Business Development Representative role is essential in servicing current clients and identifying opportunities for business growth as well as establishing strong networks with industry specialists.
Main Responsibilities
- Due research and identify potential business opportunities;
- You will be involved in every stage of the selling process with a particular focus on closing deals and driving revenue through solutions-based selling;
- Selling and upselling to current (90% of the clients) and new business clients (about 10%);
- Responding to a variety of partnership requests and consulting clients regarding our services in a professional manner;
- Contribute to DEV.BG‘s overall sales strategy;
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems.
You will be a good fit if you possess
- Knowledge and experience in sales;
- Be able to establish trust and build long-term partnerships with clients;
- Initiative and responsibility;
- Negotiation and networking skills;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Understanding the IT sector is not mandatory but will be considered as an advantage.
