The Bottleneck Keeps Moving: Software Engineering at Different Altitudes
Job Board за IT общността
За събитието
Това събитие е част от потребителската група IT Team Leads.
ПРОГРАМА:
>>> Every improvement in an engineering system changes where its next constraint appears.
>>> A bottleneck that looks like a code problem at one altitude may reveal itself as an architecture, delivery, organizational, or decision-making problem when viewed from another.
>>> Through real engineering examples, this session explores how changing altitude helps leaders identify what actually constrains customer value – and anticipate where the bottleneck may move next.
>>> Q&A
Събитието е безплатно, но със задължителна предварителна регистрация.

За лектора
Lyubomir Vezev is a Software Engineering Manager at UKG with 18+ years of experience building and delivering software products. He started programming at 13, graduated from a vocational high school specializing in software development, and began his professional career before university.
His career has evolved from software engineering through architecture and enterprise delivery to engineering leadership. He has led teams delivering products for large global enterprises, designed cloud architectures for dynamically scaling GPU-intensive workloads, and owned complex delivery across mobile and web platforms while operating at the intersection of customers, engineering teams, and technology.
Today, his focus is increasingly on engineering organizations as systems: improving quality and delivery predictability, building operational visibility, developing engineering capability, and exploring how AI-assisted development changes where constraints emerge. Initiatives he has led around engineering quality and visibility have expanded to hundreds of engineers.
His core professional interest is how engineering leaders can use systems thinking to identify the constraints that actually limit customer value – and anticipate where those constraints will move next.
