Dobrin Dobrev is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at tbi bank. He is a professional in the field of information security with proven international experience. For six years, he has been part of the bank’s team, starting his career there as Information Security Officer before being promoted to his current role.
Dobrin has over 16 years of experience in the field, having held key roles in teams of well-known companies such as BORICA, Cisco, and Telefonica, where he was responsible for information security and telecommunication networks. He actively contributes to industry events where he delivers insights and know-how on information security. Out of the spotlight, Dobrin is an eager learner, constantly seeking fresh knowledge from diverse sources and events worldwide.
He holds a PhD in ‘Computer and Information Security’, and a Master’s degree in ‘Telecommunications Engineering in French’ from the Technical University of Sofia. He also holds dozens of professional certificates in the field of telecommunications and information security.
