What You’ll be Doing:

As a Windows System Administrator, you will support and maintain enterprise Windows and virtualized environments for global customers. Acting as a key escalation point within HPE’s Customer Solution Center, you will help resolve complex infrastructure issues, improve platform reliability, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical services. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern datacenter technologies, collaborate with experienced engineers, and continuously expand your technical expertise.

On a typical day, you’ll:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, and Nutanix environments.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to improve platform stability and performance.
• Manage escalated cases and collaborate with customers, engineers, and service partners to ensure timely resolution.
• Support enterprise infrastructure technologies, including virtualization platforms, server hardware, clustering, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, automation initiatives, and continuous service improvements.
• Create technical documentation, share knowledge with colleagues, and support the development of junior team members.

• Fluency in English;
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments and infrastructure technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and one or more virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage complex technical issues.
• Experience working in customer-facing technical support, managed services, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for learning new technologies and continuously developing your technical expertise.
