Delivery Manager with German

Elevate is partnering with a leading international IT consultancy to find an experienced Delivery Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality IT solutions, building strong customer relationships, and leading teams to successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and software development projects.
• Coordinate project teams, technical leads, and external partners
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with international customers
• Identify and manage project, resource, and commercial risks
• Support resource planning, staffing, and the effective allocation of delivery teams.
• Monitor project performance, including budget, utilization, profitability, and overall project health.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and standards

Requirements:

• Solid experience in IT services, software delivery, project management, or consulting.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing IT or software development projects.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Good understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good understanding of project budgets, profitability, resource planning, and commercial aspects of delivery.
• Fluent German and English
