UBB was established in 1992 through the merger of 22 Bulgarian regional commercial banks as the first and largest in terms of scale consolidation project in the Bulgarian banking sector. Scrum Master

If you have:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in Agile environment (is a must).
• Very good knowledge, understanding, knowhow and practice in Agile and other methodologies and practices (e.g. Kanban, Lean, SAFe®, Spotify, Project Management, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge in collaboration management tools (e.g. JIRA®, Confluence®, ServiceNow®, Teams, Yammer, Planner, other)
• Certification for CSM®, A-CSM®, PSM® or CSP-SM® or any other related to the position will be considered as a strong advantage
• Knowledge of bank, insurance organizational structure and experience working with many stakeholders in different roles will be considered as advantage
• Fluency in English (is a must)
• Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, IT or another related field

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development as well as knowledge sharing throughout the Community.
