As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey, and we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst in our Innovation Lab team.

Your tasks:

• Pioneering ideas by researching and evaluating emerging technologies;
• Driving innovative initiatives within the team and foster a culture of creativity and experimentation;
• Embracing dedicated time for exploration, prototyping, and testing unconventional solutions that leverage new opportunities;
• Planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive test activities to ensure the stability and quality of forward-thinking systems;
• Carefully designing functional test scenarios, managing testing environments, and providing detailed documentation of outcomes;
• Iterating and improving testing strategies to align with the rapid evolution of technology, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of innovative solutions;
• Analyzing business workflows with a focus on identifying innovative opportunities for enhancement and optimization;
• Translating ambitious business requirements into functional IT specifications, balancing creativity with practicality;
• Collaborating across departments to ensure that innovation is integrated seamlessly into business operations and complies with regulatory requirements;

Your profile:

• Experience in designing, managing, and executing testing processes to ensure high-quality systems;
• Strong ability to understand, analyze, and document business requirements while translating them into functional solutions;
• Demonstrated ability to generate breakthrough ideas, innovate, and experiment in uncertain and evolving environments;
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and concepts and strong desire to learn in the area;
• Technical knowledge with JSON, REST API, SQL, Python would be considered as an advantage;
• Foundational understanding about Crypto and Digital Assets, or willingness to learn in this area would be considered as an advantage;
• Very good knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban paired with proficiency in Jira and Confluence;
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to optimize workflows and identify process improvements;
• Good communication skills;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
