UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic Regular .NET Developer to join our IT Delivery team

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on professional experience in .NET (.NET 9.0) / C# backend development
• Experience designing and developing ASP.NET Core–based architectures, following microservices and clean architecture principles
• Hands-on experience with HTTP integrations and consumption of external services
• Strong focus on API‑first design, using OpenAPI / NSwag for system‑to‑system integrations
• Experience working with custom enterprise infrastructure libraries, including logging, exception handling, and middleware
• Security- and compliance‑aware development practices, including sensitive data handling and redaction
• Familiarity with resilience patterns such as retries, timeouts, and circuit breakers
• Strong practical experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Experience building modular, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, XML/JSON, XSLT, and frontend integration with RESTful APIs
• Ability to work with shared UI components, manage application state, and follow frontend best practices
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and data‑driven application development
  Ability to write high‑quality, maintainable, and testable code
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proven problem‑solving abilities
• Good command of English, written and spoken
• University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in the financial or banking domain
• Experience working on enterprise‑scale systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

The main responsibilities for the position are to:

• Contribute to the end‑to‑end lifecycle (design, development, and maintenance) of a new enterprise‑grade online solution, built using state‑of‑the‑art backend services and APIs on .NET and ASP.NET Core, along with modern frontend components developed in Angular
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET and ASP.NET Core
• Build responsive, user‑friendly UI components and integrate them with backend APIs
• Contribute to and evolve microservice‑based architectures in line with clean architecture principles for modern online banking solution
• Build and maintain reliable integrations with internal and external systems
• Participate in API design, documentation, and lifecycle management using OpenAPI / NSwag for the services used by the online solution
• Implement and reuse shared infrastructure components such as logging, exception handling, and middleware
• Ensure secure, compliant, and resilient implementations, following best practices for data protection and fault tolerance
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality and engineering standards
• Actively take part in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support iterative delivery
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of developed functionalities by acting as 3rd‑level support, driving deep technical analysis, resolving complex production issues, and implementing long‑term fixes and improvements
