We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Technical English Writer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate combines excellent English language skills with technical understanding and practical experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

The role focuses on creating clear, structured and professional technical documentation, presentations and training materials in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and structure professional technical documentation and written materials in English;
• Prepare presentations and training materials for technical audiences;
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and easy-to-understand content;
• Work closely with technical and project teams in an Agile/Scrum environment;
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and clarity of technical content;
• Use appropriate ICT terminology and technical concepts when preparing documentation and materials.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with the studies conducted in English;
• Minimum 8 years of combined education and professional experience;
• English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or higher – demonstrated through certification or professional experience;
• Practical experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment;
• Experience creating presentations and training materials in English;
• Good understanding of ICT terminology and technical concepts;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way.

Nice to Have:

• Degree in a technical discipline;
• Previous experience as a Technical Writer or in technical documentation;
• Experience delivering technical training sessions and presentations;
• Experience working with technical or ICT-related projects.
