We are looking for an experienced  ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Expert to join an international technology team in Sofia.

In this role, you will take ownership of CMDB architecture, governance, and CSDM adoption, ensuring high-quality configuration data and effective service mapping across the organization.

You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, application owners, and service management professionals to optimize CMDB processes and support ITSM/ITOM best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the adoption and implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) across business and IT services.

– Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB architecture and data models.

– Define and optimize CI classification, relationships, identification, and reconciliation rules.

– Work with ServiceNow Discovery and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).

– Drive Service Mapping initiatives and improve visibility into business and technical services.

– Establish CMDB governance practices and ensure configuration data accuracy and consistency.

– Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service owners to improve data quality.

– Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of CMDB processes.

– Support the alignment of CMDB with ITSM and ITOM processes.

Requirements:

– Several years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.

– Strong knowledge of Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).

– Proven experience with CI classification, relationships, identification, and reconciliation.

– Practical experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

– Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, HAM, SAM, or TNI.

– Knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, databases, and applications.

– Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service-oriented architecture.

– Experience in CMDB governance, data quality management, and documentation.

– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

– Good command of English.
