Talent Hunter is looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join an enterprise technology environment and work on complex software solutions.

*Mandatory Requirements:

*Education & Experience:

– Minimum 9 years of combined post-secondary education and professional experience.

– Level 6 degree in Computer Science or a related field.

– C1 English according to CEFR.

– Clean Criminal Record.

– Minimum 4 years of hands-on Object-Oriented Software Development experience with .NET technologies in a Windows environment, gained within the last 5 years.

– Experience completing the full software development lifecycle at least 3 times using Agile/Scrum.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

– Strong hands-on experience with .NET and Visual Studio.

– IIS, bug tracking and version control systems.

– Web Services, including WS-Security and related extensions.

– Relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server.

– Microservices and NestJS/Node.js BFFs, where appropriate.

– Enterprise-level software design and development using .NET.

– Database design, XML, authentication and authorization.

– UML design and documentation.

– Deploying and managing applications on IIS.

– Skills equivalent to Microsoft MCSD certification or equivalent.

Mandatory Seniority & Soft Skills:

– Able to work independently and guide junior developers.

– Strong technical and stakeholder communication skills.

– Ability to write technical specifications, concept documents and technical/user documentation.

– Service-oriented attitude.

– Strong interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

– Initiative, ownership and responsibility.

– Accuracy and attention to detail.

– Critical thinking.

– Ability to lead technical teams.

– Optional / Advantageous

– Level 7 degree in Computer Science or related field.

– HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX.

– Angular / Angular front-end development.

– Linux experience.

– Experience with projects involving personal data processing.

– Understanding of EU legislation related to personal data processing.

– Practical experience within law enforcement organisations.

– Design, develop and deliver enterprise software solutions.

– Develop software components and Web Services.

– Translate requirements into technical designs.

– Propose technical solutions.

– Produce technical documentation.

– Optimise solutions for performance, security and quality.

– Manage configurations and releases.

– Maintain database, model, UI and other application components.

– Provide 2nd and 3rd line support and troubleshoot issues.

– Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, QA, change management and deployment.

– Lead development teams and transfer technical knowledge.
