Senior ERP Application Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior ERP Application Support Specialist to join an international organization and support its enterprise ERP environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ERP systems, working closely with business users and technical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You will be involved in supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, as well as contributing to the ongoing transition and migration activities towards D365.

We are also open to professionals with experience supporting other major ERP platforms, such as SAP or Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide functional and technical support for ERP systems, troubleshooting issues and managing escalations.

– Support ERP modules, with a particular focus on Finance & Operations processes.

– Participate in the transition from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

– Support system validation, data consistency checks, functional testing, and issue resolution during migration activities.

– Manage user access rights and permissions in accordance with internal security policies.

– Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

– Ensure compliance with internal procedures, ITIL-based service management standards, and relevant security requirements.

Requirements:

– At least 1 year of professional experience in ERP support, administration, or a similar role.

– Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or another major ERP platform such as SAP or Oracle.

– Good understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and system administration principles.

– Experience with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and supporting business users.

– Understanding of finance and operations processes within an ERP environment.

– Experience with ERP integrations, data management, or system customization would be an advantage.

– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

– Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

– Exposure to ERP migration, upgrades, or implementation projects.

– Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau.

– Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management processes.
