Senior Project Manager

On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a complex IT implementation program for an international technology consulting firm working with EU public institutions and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Drive end-to-end IT implementation projects, ensuring deliverables meet time, scope, and quality standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with Project Boards, international client representatives, and technical teams.

• Governance & Analysis: Prepare project initiation documents, business cases, project plans, risk logs, and status reports.

• Team Leadership: Manage work packages, prioritize tasks, and lead project status meetings.

• Risk & Quality Control: Track risks, manage scope changes, and control quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

o 4+ years of professional IT experience.

o 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in IT systems implementation.

o Direct involvement in at least 4 completed end-to-end IT implementation projects as a PM.

• Education & Certifications:

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

o Certification in a PM methodology (PM² / PRINCE2 / PMP).

Skills & Competencies:

o Hands-on experience in business analysis, business change, and writing project initiation/risk documents.

o Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and IT methodology adaptation.

o English: Fluency at C1 level.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or Business.

• Practical experience with PM² methodology or ITIL processes.

• Technical exposure to Microservices, C# /.NET, Docker, Cloud (Azure/DevOps), AI tools, or GIS/Data platforms.
