Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI

For one of our clients, an international AI-first, remote-first product company, we are hiring Senior AI Engineer.

You will be on top of the latest technological progress building Agentic AI platforms, while enhancing your AI-coding and engineering skills.

We want a person with the right mindset to join the core team and bring innovative mission to real-world AI products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Own and participate in the full development cycle: plan, design, implementation, testing, and deployment of AI products.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Translate new AI research into production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver features.
• Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, testable, and maintainable.
• Contribute effectively in a remote-first, agile, deep-tech team.
• Continuously develop skills with provided mentorship and resources.

​​​​​Main Requirements:

• ​​​​5+ years software development, including 3+ years with Python.
• Strong experience with web backends (Django/Flask), REST APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with machine learning, LLM systems and models or strong motivation to learn.
• Comfortable working in a remote, distributed, async manner.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in a ever-evolving startup to scale up phase.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Can-do, possitive attitude.

Bonus Points:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, or AI model evaluation.
• Background in production RAG systems.
• Open-source contributions, academic research, or mentoring.
