Due to continuing expansion, Payslip is looking for a driven and talented Product Support Specialist to join our Product Support team based in Varna, Bulgaria.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of the Payslip platform, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality platform experience, achieve successful adoption of Payslip solutions, and responsive, timely support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and manage customer support tickets through the Payslip ticketing system, ensuring timely investigation, coordination, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide customer-facing support across payroll operations, data management, integrations, Inputs, GTNs, payslips, tax documents, and related activities.
• Participate in regular customer meetings in accordance with agreed client engagement models.
• Communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, and management to support issue resolution, customer adoption, and delivery progress.
• Deliver training to new and existing users to support effective adoption of the Payslip platform.
• Lead Vendor Change Implementations for existing customers, managing scope, plans, stakeholders, meetings, timelines, risks, and transition with minimal payroll disruption.
• Support data management and analysis, including transcription, reformatting, and preparation of clear customer or internal outputs.
• Take part in functionality testing and provide feedback on results.
• Provide support in creating and maintaining comprehensive product user documentation.
• Proactively identify and propose process improvements and optimisations.

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar customer support role.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and communicate clearly.
