Job Summary

Our engineering team is at the core of our products and connected directly to the mission of preventing cyberattacks. We are constantly innovating — challenging the way we, and the industry, think about cybersecurity. Our engineers don’t shy away from building products to solve problems no one has pursued before. The Product

Secrets Hub is a cloud-native, multi-cloud SaaS product that helps organizations centralize secrets management across AWS, Azure, GCP, and HashiCorp Vault, securing critical workloads for the world’s largest enterprises. As a founding engineer on this new team, you will play a key role in shaping our engineering culture, standards, and architecture. You will work extensively with AWS serverless technologies, write high-quality Python code, and collaborate with global stakeholders across product, UX, security, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure services as part of the Secrets Hub platform.
• Lead complex technical initiatives, architectural decisions, and system design within the team.
• Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient Python code for AWS serverless architectures.
• Collaborate closely with product, UX, security, and global engineering teams to define and deliver robust features.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and a culture of technical excellence within a new team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in software engineering, focusing on backend or full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and related enterprise frameworks.
• Extensive experience designing, building, and deploying applications on AWS (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
• Solid understanding of SaaS product architecture, microservices, and secure API design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

The following will be consider as advantage: 

• Experience with multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP) and secrets management tools such as HashiCorp Vault.
• Background in cybersecurity, identity management, or securing critical enterprise workloads.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native observability tools.
