Product Manager

Аbout us

We’re on a mission to make flexible and hybrid work the norm, not just an „extra.“ We started back in 2015, and today our SaaS platform helps workspace operators and teams worldwide manage the future of work.

We’ve got offices in Sofia, the US, UK, and Australia, but we’re one global team of tech enthusiasts. We believe that freedom and flexibility lead to better work, and we build our products with that same mindset. If you love solving real-world problems with clean code, you’ll fit right in.

About the role

Fixed-term: 18 months (maternity cover).

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own a product area of OfficeRnD Workplace – a lean, fast-moving product line with live customers and real growth potential. The roadmap isn’t set in stone with only delivery left – there is real room to shape it. Working closely with a senior product leader, who will support you on major decisions, you’ll influence the area’s strategy and roadmap and turn it into business results.

It suits someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who moves fast, learns from customers and the market, and stays focused on outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Drive results for your area – adoption, retention and revenue – against agreed goals;
• Build the roadmap and business cases, with guidance from senior product leadership on strategy and key trade-offs;
• Define requirements, prioritize and ship with your Product Designer, Engineering Lead and cross-functional team;
• Talk to customers regularly and use research, analytics and experiments to decide what to build;
• Work hand in hand with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success – a large part of the job. Shape positioning and messaging, support deals and key customer conversations, drive adoption and retention, and bring market feedback back into the roadmap.

What success looks like:

• In 30 days – Got to know the product, its customers and the team;
• In 6 months – Moved business metrics through product experiments and initiatives. Established as the go-to-owner of the product;
• In 12 months – Helped grow the topline for the product through well chosen product investments.

What you need to succeed:

• 1+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS;
• Examples of metrics you moved and the decisions behind them;
• Business acumen: comfortable building a business case and discussing revenue and retention;
• An entrepreneurial mindset and agile execution; you move fast not because of outside pressure, but because you’re driven to hit a business goal;
• Strong customer focus, data fluency and collaboration across engineering, design and go-to-market;
• Comfortable in a small team and wearing multiple hats, including go-to-market and hands-on UX design work;
• Nice to have: entrepreneurial experience (founding or early-stage startup); experience in workplace, facilities or HR tech, or with integrations and partnerships.

What we offer:

• Premium health insurance, including dental coverage.
• 25 days of annual paid leave.
• An additional day off to celebrate your birthday.
• 3 paid volunteering days per year.
• Full compensation for the first 3 days of sick leave.
• Additional Parental leave.
• To ease your commute, we provide you with either parking access or a public transport pass.
• Hybrid work model (minimum 40% of monthly working time onsite).
• Co-funded sports card to support your active lifestyle.
• Learning and development opportunities

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we’d love to talk!
