Customer Delivery Manager with German

We are seeking a Customer Delivery Manager with German.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of services supporting the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio.
• Deliver services in alignment with the ASM RACI model and the Customer Contract (SoW).
• Manage Knowledge Transfer (KT): schedule sessions and prepare content; ASM ensures delivery team participation.
• Handle delivery escalations related to MSM delivery team performance.
• Oversee delivery service planning.
• Contribute to delivery portfolio positioning and support growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and report findings to the DE/ASM community.
• Support SAP Application Operations, including monitoring, security notes, core performance management, and data management (non-functional tasks).

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills; act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and ensure transparency in all interactions.
• Strong understanding of automation solutions and processes, including ticket management and quality assurance.
• Customer-oriented mindset, focused on increasing customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Proactive approach with the ability to identify future challenges and areas for improvement independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing both technical and organizational challenges effectively.
• High adaptability; ability to react flexibly to new technologies, tools, and customer needs.
• Very good command of written and spoken German and English (mandatory).
