About the role

Our client – a global innovator in digital transformation and sustainable solutions, is looking for a skilled, organised and analytical IT Audit & Cost Management Specialist to join their dynamic international team.
The role combines IT asset administration, data management and cost control. The successful candidate will help ensure that IT resources are accurately tracked, cost allocation processes run smoothly, and business units receive reliable information about their IT-related expenses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware, software and IT services
Maintain, monitor and update IT assets information
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across internal systems
Support the allocation of IT costs across departments and business units
Manage and monitor cost allocation processes
Prepare reports and analyse information related to IT assets and expenses
Work closely with IT, Finance and other internal teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT asset management and cost control processes

Your profile

University Degree
Previous experience in IT administration, IT operations, asset management, procurement, reporting or a related field
Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
Experience working with financial and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration skills
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
