Product Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team and support the development and enhancement of digital products and solutions.

The role is suitable for someone with strong Business Analysis skills who is comfortable working with business stakeholders, development teams, and Agile delivery processes. You will be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from gathering requirements and creating user stories to supporting implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements, including requirements related to AI-enabled features and solutions.

Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.

Work closely with development teams throughout the implementation of product features.

Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and support product backlog prioritization.

Manage and track backlog items and progress using Azure DevOps.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.

Support Salesforce implementations and enhancements, including requirements gathering, process mapping, configuration support, and testing.

Communicate requirement changes clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, commitments, and follow-up actions.

Coordinate activities across different teams and locations.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.

Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancements.

Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT.

Good understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management and progress tracking.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently as well as within international and cross-functional teams.
