About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products across all platforms – web, desktop, mobile, and backend services.

This role is ideal for a hands-on QA professional who enjoys working across the full product stack — validating user interfaces, APIs, backend systems, and complex integrations. You will participate in the entire product lifecycle, from design and feature planning through testing, automation, and release readiness.

You will combine manual testing, automation, and modern AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, increase coverage, and maintain high product quality.

What You’ll Do

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests across web, mobile, desktop, and backend systems.

Validate product functionality across multiple platforms and environments.

Test web applications, mobile apps, desktop clients, and backend APIs/services.

Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.

Investigate issues and provide detailed bug reports and debug information to development teams.

Test authentication flows, permissions, and user management systems.

Validate API behavior and integrations between services.

Participate in feature design discussions, identifying potential quality risks early.

Build and maintain automation frameworks and automated test suites where appropriate.

Use AI-assisted tools to improve testing workflows, increase coverage, and accelerate QA processes.

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.

Ensure release readiness and product stability before deployment.

What We’re Looking For

Senior-level QA experience in complex software products.

Experience testing web, mobile, desktop, or backend systems (experience with multiple platforms is a strong advantage).

Strong experience with manual testing methodologies.

Experience with test automation frameworks (preferably on JS but could be other)

Familiarity with API testing and backend validation.

Understanding of authentication systems, APIs, and system integrations.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Comfortable using AI tools to assist testing, debugging, and automation workflows.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality.

Nice to have

Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools

Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration

Experience testing distributed or cloud-based systems
