Product Manager/Business Analyst

Preferably (but not obligatory:) Strong understanding of the life sciences industry, particularly in clinical trials, RBQM, and/or regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.

• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-

functional teams.

Experience (Minimum Required):

• At least 5+ years of experience in product management/analysis within the life sciences or software

development industry.

• Experience in developing and launching software products, ideally with exposure to RBQM,

central monitoring, and oversight solutions or similar

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Strong technical background with understanding of software development processes.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when solving problems and

making decisions.

• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and building collaborative

relationships.
