Senior Risk Management Specialist, Online Games Department

Responsibilities

• Set up and own the Risk Management processes for monitoring slot gaming activity and potential threats.
• Develop and maintain risk and player behavior reports to identify patterns, potential abuse, or fraudulent activity across slot games.
• Perform in-depth analysis of slot gaming data to detect irregularities or suspicious behavior early.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Product, and Operations Departments to provide early alerts on mathematical, RTP, player behavior, or balance issues in new and existing slot games.
• Define risk thresholds, KPIs, and escalation protocols for ongoing monitoring of slot gaming activity.
• Act as the point of expertise for risk-related decisions across departments, particularly in relation to player behavior and slot game risk.
• Propose and implement tools, dashboards, and automation for efficient monitoring and reporting of slot gaming activity.
• Prepare documentation, policies, and best practices for the Risk Management function.

Requirements 

• Proven experience in risk management, fraud prevention, data analysis, or related fields in the iGaming or Casino.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and detect anomalies.
• Deep understanding of player behavior, bonus abuse, and exploitation patterns will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with slot games, game mathematics, and RTP models will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to design processes from scratch, document them, and build scalable solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical, product, game design, and operational teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of making independent risk-related decisions.
