About the Role:

We are looking for a SailPoint Administrator to join a long-term identity security project.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting the SailPoint Identity Security

Cloud (ISC) SaaS environment, ensuring secure and efficient identity and access management across the organization.

The role combines hands-on SailPoint administration, access governance, certification campaigns, reporting, and user support.

Responsibilities:

●Manage, maintain, and configure the SailPoint ISC (SaaS) tenant.

●Monitor and support the SailPoint environment to ensure stability, performance, and security.

●Coordinate and execute access certification campaigns to keep permissions accurate and up to date.

●Support identity governance and access management processes.

●Investigate and resolve access-related issues and user queries.

●Provide guidance to colleagues on identity and access-related questions.

●Prepare reports and collect audit evidence to support security and compliance requirements.

●Stay up to date with new SailPoint ISC features, updates, and best practices.

●Identify opportunities to improve identity governance processes and maximize the capabilities of the SailPoint platform.

●Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure effective access management.

Requirements:

●3+ years of experience in Identity Governance / Identity & Access Management.

●Strong, hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow).

●Experience administering and configuring a SailPoint SaaS environment.

●Experience with access certifications / certification campaigns.

●Understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, permissions, and entitlements.

●Experience supporting users and resolving identity/access-related issues.

●Strong communication and collaboration skills.

●Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and business teams.

●Genuine interest in identity security and willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise.

●Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to Have:

●Experience with SailPoint integrations and provisioning.

●Knowledge of RBAC and access management concepts.

●Experience with audit, compliance, and security requirements.

●Experience with other IAM/IGA platforms such as Saviynt, One Identity, or Okta.

●Relevant SailPoint or IAM certifications.
