Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer

At the core of the role

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong interest in AI-driven automation to help software delivery. The role combines hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation with AI tools, autonomous agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to optimize SDLC workflows.

You’ll help integrate AI into engineering processes, build smarter automation, and run the infrastructure behind our internal AI agents and MCP servers. You will work with the latest agentic tools and methods, with a dedicated token budget and room to explore new technologies in this space.

Core skills you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing, security checks, deployments, etc.
• Experience with at least two cloud providers – AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern AI coding tool – Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.
• Experience (or strong interest) in using LLMs, agents or MCP to automate infrastructure and delivery workflows.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Proficiency with tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu, and scripting languages like Python or Bash.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, secrets management, monitoring, logging, alerting, vulnerability scanning, and incident troubleshooting.
• Fluent English.

The impact you’ll create

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage AWS, GCP, and Azure infrastructure.
• Deploy and operate the infrastructure for AI agents and MCP servers, including monitoring, security, and cost tracking.
• Deploy and scale containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform/OpenTofu, Python, and Bash.
• Implement cloud security, access controls, and secrets management.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
• Identify, evaluate and pilot new AI use cases across the software delivery lifecycle (in the DevOps and platform area).
