Nikolay Hristev  ​is looking for a new team member.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB & CSDM Expert to design, manage, and optimize the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework ensuring accurate configuration data, governance, service mapping, and alignment with ITSM/ITOM best practices. In this role you will drive CMDB governance, discovery, service mapping, integrations, and data quality initiatives while supporting ITSM and ITOM processes.

Your daily routine would include:

• Lead CSDM adoption and alignment across business and IT services
• Design, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB architecture & data model.
• Design and optimize ServiceNow discovery.
• Define CI classification, relationships, identification, and reconciliation rules.
• Jointly work with business units on service mapping & adoption of CSDM concept by the organization.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service owners to ensure CMDB data accuracy.
• Drive automation to improve configuration data accuracy and operational efficiency.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Several years of project experience in ServiceNow CMDB and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Deep knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and experience in service classification & mapping.
• Deep expertise in SNOW modules  (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, HAM, SAM, TNI).
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including servers, networks, databases, and applications.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service-oriented architecture.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, particularly within ServiceNow tools such as the Knowledge Base.

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• ITSM / ITIL certifications (ITIL® 4 Foundation or higher preferred).
