SAP Project Manager / Integration Lead (Salesforce Focus)

We are looking for an experienced  SAP Project Manager / Integration Lead to join a team in Sofia. This role combines end-to-end SAP project and integration management with local team leadership.

The successful candidate will coordinate business and technical stakeholders, drive integration projects, and lead a local team of 5–7 specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and coordinate SAP-related projects, with a strong focus on enterprise system integrations.

– Take ownership of project planning, execution, timelines, deliverables, and reporting.

– Coordinate requirements, dependencies, interface design, testing, and rollout activities.

– Act as the main point of contact between business functions, SAP teams, external applications, and implementation partners.

– Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and cross-functional dependencies.

– Ensure effective project governance, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

– Lead and develop the local Sofia team of 5–7 employees through coaching, delegation, performance management, and professional development.

– Support resource planning, workload prioritization, and day-to-day operational activities.

– Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Corporate Business Systems, and other business functions.

Requirements

– University degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.

– 5–8 years of relevant experience in SAP, project management, and/or system integration.

– Strong experience in SAP project management, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA transformation, rollout, or upgrade projects.

– Proven experience with enterprise system integrations involving SAP and third-party platforms.

– Previous team leadership experience, ideally managing teams of 3–10 specialists.

– Strong project and change management skills.

– Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

– Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

– Strong organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

– Good command of English (B2 or higher).

Would Be an Advantage:

– Experience with Salesforce from either a functional or technical perspective.

– Knowledge of SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, or similar middleware technologies.

– Experience with international rollout projects.

– Knowledge of manufacturing processes.

– German language skills.

– Familiarity with current SAP releases and a commitment to continuous professional development.
