Senior React Developer

Talent Hunter Consultancy is looking for an experienced Frontend Software Engineer to join the software engineering team of an international technology company developing advanced solutions for industrial automation and robotics.

The company builds intelligent production systems used in real manufacturing environments, combining software, robotics, automation, and industrial engineering.

You will be part of a highly technical engineering team developing modern web applications and internal platforms that support robotic operations, production workflows, and manufacturing processes.

What you’ll be doing

Build modern web applications and internal platforms using React and TypeScript

Develop responsive, production-ready user interfaces for industrial and automation systems

Collaborate closely with backend, robotics, and controls engineers to design and implement user-facing workflows

Build reusable frontend components and scalable UI architectures

Work with REST APIs, real-time data, and asynchronous system communication

Develop interfaces for monitoring and interacting with production and automation processes

Work with data-heavy and operational user interfaces

Improve frontend performance, reliability, and overall developer experience

Contribute to technical decisions, frontend architecture, tooling, and best practices

Help establish and maintain high-quality frontend development standards

Required:

Strong professional experience with React and modern frontend development

Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern UI development

Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS

Experience with component libraries such as shadcn/ui or similar

Experience with TanStack libraries, such as TanStack Query, TanStack Table, or similar

Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or similar

Good understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling

Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, linting, and development workflows

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks

Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced engineering environment

Nice to have:

Experience with Vite and modern build tools such as Webpack or Babel

Basic knowledge of Docker and containerized development environments

Experience building data-heavy dashboards or operational interfaces

Previous exposure to industrial automation, robotics, IoT, or hardware-integrated software

Interest in understanding how software interacts with real-world systems
