“Dream teams are made, not born.”
This session will introduce you to the key challenges teams often face and offer effective solutions to overcome them. We will explore how to build trust within the team, encourage clear and open communication, and create a motivating work environment. Additionally, we’ll discuss strategies for successfully starting with a new team or joining an established one.
Finally, we will focus on the importance of leadership and how to develop our skills to become more effective and successful leaders.

Kaloyan is an experienced agile coach and project manager with years of working with teams and organizations in various leadership roles. His expertise spans sectors like IT, finance, banking, e-commerce, and telecommunications.
Currently, Kaloyan works directly with two key development teams at Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Bulgaria and supports the organization as a trainer.
Over the past three years, he has held key roles in developing PMI Bulgaria Chapter. He currently serves as the Director of Sponsorship & Partnership and, last year, led the organization of Europe’s largest Project Management conference—PM Summit Bulgaria 2023.
Kaloyan has delivered numerous lectures and organized interactive training sessions for leading companies, organizations, and universities both in Bulgaria and abroad. As a trainer and coach, he employs innovative gamification methods to achieve better and lasting results.
He holds an Executive MBA with distinction from the University of Sheffield and has numerous certifications, including SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant, CMI Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership, Scaled Professional Scrum, Prince2 in Project Management, ITIL in Service Management, and more.
