With a proven history in the financial, telecommunications and IT consulting industries, Kristina has over 10 years of experience in IT audit, IT risk management, information and cybersecurity. During these years, she has held various roles that have contributed to her career development.
As an information security professional, Kristina has manifested expertise in implementing and maintaining a corporate ISMS (Information Security Management System), playing a key role in the certification and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 (Data Privacy Extension), as well as leading the team responsible for the implementation of SOX ITGC (Sarbanes-Oxley General IT Controls) in A1 Bulgaria. She also combined the responsibility of a Business Continuity Manager and provided security consulting in key projects at A1, such as the implementation of a centralized IAM (Identity and Access Management) solution and migration to Azure AD. As a Senior Security Consultant at Digitall, Kristina proactively provided CISO as a service to a leading logistics company, as well as security consulting for the implementation of an electronic identification (eID) system in conjunction with the Ministry of Interior, according to the eIDAS Regulation (EU Regulation 910/2014).
Кristina is currently an Information Security Officer at myPOS. As part of the GRC team, she is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with PCI standards (PCI DSS, PCI 3DS, PCI PIN), developing a framework for continuous monitoring and cybersecurity control environment. She values the well-known maxim that change is the only certain thing in our lives and adds that we must be reasonably flexible to turn every challenge into an opportunity.
