And we need a strong leader and executer to make this happen! If you are already a CEO, you are most probably an overhire. Our guy/girl would be someone who has proven to be a successful builder in a small organization and is willing to move upwards in terms of responsibilities and impact!
THE ROLE
You will play a strategic role in the project from day one with the vision to take the CEO role in 6 to 9 months.
- We want to be honest from the start – we are just getting started. Being a CEO in a micro company means keeping the vision and strategizing, but also keeping your hands dirty at all times. During the initial stages you are 20% a leader and 80% an executor. As the company grows, this switches to 80% a leader and 20% an executor
- You will be responsible for the overall leadership and development of the project
- Participating in business model creation from scratch
- Strong marketing is a make it or break it for this project: How do you choose the right training topics?; What would the title be?; How would you present the speaker in order to WOW the potential audience?; How would you show the value of the training through the description?; What communication channels would you choose?; How do you measure ROI of your advertising budget?
- Building a process to identify and attract top practitioners to provide the trainings
- Organizing the logistics around the trainings
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- A strong marketing track-record in B2C environment
- Ability to build a new service/product/business line from scratch
- Ambition to grow and achieve
- An A player
- Previous experience in the training/education industry is a plus but it’s not a must 🙂
