We are looking for: Account manager (Business clients)


Would you like to communicate with people who are engaged with developing the IT sector in Bulgaria? Would you like to be part of DEV.BG sales team?

DEV.BG is leading job board for IT and one of the biggest tech societies in Bulgaria. We reach about 100 000 people monthly. We work with more than 1300 IT companies. Every year we organize more than 180 events, publish more than 250 articles and produce 24 podcast episodes.

We use our superpower for meaningful causes: We believe that it makes sense to accelerate the most perspective sector in Bulgaria.

We’re currently opening a new position in our sales team – Account Manager who will work with our business clients.

The Role:

The main focus of the position will be direct work with DEV.BG current and new business clients – conduct comprehensive communication, consulting clients regarding our services and undertake administrative functions.

Our small sales team has exceptional business ethics and personal approach to every one of our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Communication with DEV.BG business clients and aftersales activities;
• Consulting clients regarding our services in a professional manner;
• Onboarding new clients;
• Perform administrative duties, prepare documents and offers;
• Prepare statistics and business data

Main Requirements:

• Previous experience in account management role;
• Communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build long-term partnerships with professionals on different levels;
• Client-centric mindset;
• Initiative and responsibility;
• Fluent English is a must;
• Understanding the IT sector is not mandatory but will be considered as an advantage.
