We’ve been pretty busy constantly improving our existing products and building new things around here. The gaming industry is a vast cavern, filled with excitement, opportunities, young people, and a lot of creativity. Now we are looking for a new game designer to join our team and help us create amazing gaming experiences.

Your role:

• You will assist in designing gameplay systems that support the vision and pillars of the game
• You will tune and balance gameplay systems based on internal and external playtesting and real-world data
• You will gather data on competitive games and understand what makes them a success or failure
• You will collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and help drive projects
• You should be a proactive member of the Design team, brainstorming and developing designs, and providing feedback to other designers
• You will collaborate with the Senior Designer to write descriptive documents that effectively communicate game systems and features to the team

Our Requirements

• Good knowledge and a long history of playing mobile, pc and console games
• Interest in the Free to Play business model
• Ability to take constructive criticism and maintain a professional attitude
• Independently self-motivated, team player with excellent communication skills
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and organization skills
• Passion for games
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of English at an advanced level
• Bachelor’s degree in Game Design or another relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Finance)
• Previous experience is a big advantage
