The impact you’ll make:

You’ll drive the next wave of digital transformation in telecom by building AI-powered applications that move us from traditional workflows to a modern, scalable, cloud-native world on Google Cloud Platform.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build and deploy end-to-end AI applications — from smarter customer experiences to intelligent internal tools
• Implement solutions across diverse use cases, including RAG, virtual assistants, call analytics and OCR
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, business stakeholders and engineers to turn ideas into robust, scalable solutions
• Operationalize AI models and integrate them smoothly into core business processes
• Serve model predictions (incl. via APIs) and connect AI capabilities with our wider software ecosystem

We expect from you:

• Experience in software development or engineering, with strong interest or practical exposure to AI/ML
• Proficiency in Python and solid understanding of development best practices (OOP, testing, clean code)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms — GCP is a big plus
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices (e.g., Git workflows)
• Familiarity with RAG/Agentic RAG and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Experience with SQL and large-scale data environments (e.g., BigQuery)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English

Bonus points if you have:

• Understanding of modern AI concepts — deep learning, GenAI, LLM fine-tuning
• Experience with the ML lifecycle and deploying models into production
• MLOps knowledge and experience with platforms such as Vertex AI
• Experience building production-grade APIs (especially FastAPI) and using Docker
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• A degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering or Informatics
