The impact you’ll make:

As an Offensive Security Expert within our Information Security team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Yettel’s security posture by identifying vulnerabilities, simulating real-world attack scenarios, and working closely with infrastructure, development, and operational teams to improve the security and resilience of systems, applications, networks, and cloud environments.

What you’ll do:

• Perform penetration testing across web/mobile applications, networks, cloud infrastructure, and APIs
• Execute Red Team and Purple Team exercises to test detection and response capabilities
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation activities
• Develop scripts, tools, and exploits to demonstrate security risks and bypass controls
• Prepare technical reports with findings, risk levels, and remediation recommendations
• Collaborate with IT, development, SOC, and Incident Response teams to improve security posture and detection capabilities
• Research modern attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and offensive security trends
• Deliver technical guidance and secure coding awareness to development teams
• Support continuous improvement of offensive security processes and standards

We expect from you:

• Hands-on experience in penetration testing, Red Teaming, or vulnerability research
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, PNPT, or GIAC GPEN/GWAPT are considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, and security frameworks such as OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK
• Experience with scripting/programming languages like Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and across international teams
• Proactive mindset, initiative, and strong collaboration skills
