    Role Overview:

    Business UAT management specialist is responsible for delivery of new capabilities in terms of quality of service after proper and extensive user acceptance testing, guaranteeing that the business systems design, functionalities and performance meet the business needs.

    Your responsibilities will be:

    • Lead and create User Acceptance Testing activities – from designing and creating test cases to deploying / configuring new functionalities in Business Supporting Systems
    • Identify the existing gaps and together with the responsible technical employees search for and propose solutions for them, to ensure that the system functionalities correspond in the best possible way to the processes
    • Analyze the bottle necks and how the specific new implementation might sacrifice the on-going seamless system flow. Based on the analysis results, prepare corresponding test cases to cover all possible system fails
    • Perform the user acceptance tests of new functionalities system in close collaboration with the initiator and Technology
    • Prepare instructions/manuals for the newly implemented functionalities, take care all affected parties to be informed and provide training, if necessary
    • Look for solution, together with the responsible technical employees, for problems with capabilities and functionalities
    • Participate in projects where his/her role is to guarantee proper system behavior
    • Review the prepared new products/services before their launch, from their maintenance point of view, and suggests changes to the responsible units in order to guarantee excellent customer journey
