The impact you’ll make:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, planning, implementing, configuring, and managing systems and applications to support business objectives. Your expertise in business analysis, data management, and process optimization will help drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure seamless integration of solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency in SQL and RDBMS, and experience in the telecom industry will be valuable assets in this role. Your ability to communicate effectively and work within a team-oriented environment will be essential for success.

What you’ll do:

• Prepares analyses of IT business requirements
• Transforms the business requirements to technical ones
• Creates and maintains project and product documentation
• Engages in close collaboration with vendors, observing the necessary communication deadlines
• Responsible for the design, planning and implementation of company applications and smooth transition to operations teams
• Follows the on-time completion of project deliverables
• Responsible for delivery (including configuration if necessary) of customized systems and UAT team support.
• Provides any needed support to other team members

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Business Analysis Expertise: Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS), including SQL. Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Background in the telecom sector is advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with data-driven solutions and utilize relevant tools to support business objectives.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
