    Role Overview:

    Perform a leading role in business analysis, configuration and UAT planning of the Company’s Business Support Systems and related services/infrastructure. Perform process tuning and optimization. Follow technology trend and help with the strategic planning. Assure smooth delivery of required results and deliverables. Help with technical and professional experience

    Your responsibilities would be:

    • Business analysis, configuration, support for UAT, planning and management of Company’s Business Support Systems
    • Participate in development of functional specification documentation of Business Support Systems
    • Coordination role for implementation of additional software, new services, and modification/upgrades of existing ones
    • Follow up the existing and take active role in building new processes and procedures; participate in development, establishment and documentation of internal procedures, rules, and requirements aiming to ensure smooth operation, effectiveness and accuracy of the Business Support Systems and related services/ infrastructure
    • Participate in planning and implementation of long-term strategic initiatives in order to ensure integration of current and future technologies
    • Finds solutions to complex problems and work together with the system designers aiming at integrating these solutions with the current systems
    • Participate in integration of 3rd-Party systems/applications to Company Business Support Systems

    We expect from you:

    • University degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications
    • At least 4 years of experience working in the Technical Area (Billing/IT/Engineering/Operations) for a telecom operator
    • At least 2 years of experience working on a Senior position in the Technical Area (Billing/IT/Engineering/Operations) for a telecom operator
    • View on technology trends and architectural approach
    • Strong planning and organizing skills
    • Project management skills
    • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Very good leadership skills
    • Very good command of English
