The impact you’ll make:

Provide expertise for evaluation, design, and planning of security controls and solutions across business projects. Define and enforce implementation of security requirements for systems, infrastructure, and applications in corporate and production environments, ensuring protection of data and adherence to group and local policies.

Advise departments on Information Security, acting as a subject matter expert for secure architecture, technical risk management, and the operation of security solutions such as SIEM, SOAR, IDS, EDR/XDR, CNAAP, vulnerability scanners, IAM, and data leakage prevention tools.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with business divisions to align information security with business objectives.
• Support the design and implementation of security controls across the system lifecycle, including disaster recovery, identity and access management, and secure architecture design.
• Monitor, assess, and audit technical, operational, and managerial controls, facilitating security audits and tracking remediation until closure.
• Apply risk assessment and exception processes consistently across corporate and production environments.
• Monitor and manage information security and business continuity incidents with operational teams, contributing to CIRT activities and resilience testing.
• Promote awareness of information security fundamentals across the company and ensure compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and health & safety requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes and support external/internal audits and regulatory compliance.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Security Systems Expertise & Incident Management: Hands-on experience in technical risk assessments, secure architecture design, incident management, and tuning of security systems.
• Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies, manage capacity, and optimize performance in secure environments.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with technical teams, auditors, and external partners, translating complex concepts into clear guidance.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Proactive, flexible approach in fast-changing environments, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results under pressure.
