Role Overview:

Perform a leading role in analysis, design, development, infrastructure, maintenance and other tasks related to Business Intelligence. Solution design, based on wide knowledge of telecom operator service/platforms architecture, process flow, interdependencies, and BI technologies. Participate in the process tuning and optimization within the BI domain. Act as proven expert within the domain, share knowledge across organization and help with technical and professional experience.

Your responsibilities would be:

• Responsible for solution design, software development, configuration, management, of the Company’s BI systems/ platforms and related services
• Participate in planning and implementation of long-term strategic initiatives in order to ensure integration of current and future technologies
• Perform analysis and technical evaluation of the business requirements for new development or changes in the existing functionality of Business Intelligence systems
• Provide configuration, development, tuning and documenting of BI software systems or the software systems needed for the work of the unit
• Prepare technical plans and roadmaps. Develop operational procedures
• Propose improvements and define working standards and quality criteria for the BI area
• Lead and/or participate in projects to which he/she is assigned. Provide Technical information and advice and create supporting materials on specific issues regarding the BI area. Reports projects and tasks status
• Organize and monitor the technical aspects and technological process of Business Intelligence software development and implementation of the related equipment
• Plan, organize and perform internal and user acceptance testing, implementation and change control, monitoring, 3rd level support and troubleshooting of the Business Intelligence software systems
• Train, advice and help the users in their everyday tasks related to Business Intelligence systems. Perform internal for the unit trainings
• Provide knowledge, knowhow and coaching to other colleagues

We expect from you:

• University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar
• At least 3 years experience working in BI development area
• Deep knowledge on technology trends and architectural approach
• Experience in Oracle development and/or other databases
• Good analytical, mathematical and statistical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Integrity and reliability
• Very good command of English
