    Wacom Business Solution Unit especially focuses on signature workflow B2B environments. Our passion is to realize the most natural and highest quality digital pen and ink experience for all use cases in B2B especially.

    Your role

    We are looking for a SW technical lifecycle product manager who will drive the expansion of Wacom’s Business Solutions by identifying partner requirements for hardware and software, including industry trends, and transforming them into projects on our roadmap.
    You will also work with the other members of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Engineering teams to define the work required to implement, specific technologies required, project costs, ROI, as well as any impact to existing roadmap projects.

    Your Tasks

    • Define and ensure delivery of new software proof-of-concepts or customized solutions for key partners and accounts
    • Delivery of the Wacom Solution line-up well to resolve customers’ issues
    • Define the implementation scope and prepare business cases and user journey experience
    • Technical definition and SW architecture of customization projects
    • End-to-end responsibility for definition, development and lifecycle management of BSU professional services and customization projects
    • Within our SW roadmap manage feature/scope, technical requirements, time to release, business case and development efforts
    • Deliver actionable project and customization plans that get implemented on the software roadmap
    • Responsible for feature prioritization and scope management
    • Manage risks and escalations on the project
    • Responsible as product owner for go-to-market of BSU Software & Service
    • Support internal stakeholders with product value proposition and feature briefings, sales material, documentation, trainings and event support

    Your skills

    • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
    • Possess minimum five (5) years prior and more experience in Program / Technical Product Management
    • On-the-job expertise in software API and SDK management, HW and SW system integration, software development and/or SaaS integration.
    • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
    • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
    • Good time management, planning, organisation and project management skills
    • Enjoy working in a global culture work environment and across time zones

    Significant advantages

    • Working experience in project management field in different software development projects (waterflow, agile, hybrid)
    • Working experience in B2B software industry
    • Software development skills in .NET, Objective C/Swift, and/or Java (Android)
    • Understand the complexities of B2B technical sales cycles
