The Project

VSG Bulgaria is an independent technocratic company with over a decade of experience, specializing in providing innovative solutions to the most complex and challenging problems in financial software.

We are excited about the project we have been working on for quite some time. We are actively modernizing our approach with APIs and microservice architecture. This initiative revolves around the development of innovative lending and deposit software. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to this project and make a real impact on the industry.

Location

You can work from any VSG office location, including Plovdiv and Veliko Tarnovo, or from anywhere in Bulgaria. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Bulgarian Time Zone)

Your Responsibilities

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze and understand complex code.
• Knowledge of principles, patterns, and approaches in Software Development.
• Find and fix most complex and production bugs.
• Write Quality and Clean code.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Self-sufficient and self-governing.
• Mentoring Junior developers.

Your Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Your abilities and knowledge are highly valued. Here is what you will need to bring to the table to get started in this role.

• 3+ years’ experience in the field of Backend Development
• Strong knowledge of .NET Frameworks and general coding practices and principles
• Experience with C# 12
• Experience with micro ORM like dapper or ORM like EF Core
• Previous experience with .NET
• Previous experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
• Familiar with Third-party services integration
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Be a team player
• Excellent level of English
