We are looking for a suitably qualified Windows Systems Administrator.

As a Citrix Windows Administrator, you’ll maintain the health and security of client environments, resolves operational issues, drives innovation, and participates in transformation projects. We keep client environments running at top performance and ensure minimum downtime so our clients can focus on their core business.

You will handle services and tasks which include incident, change management for the operations as well as project implementation services, migrations, automation, performance analysis, cooperation on solution architecture design, and optimizations.

Main requirements:

• 2+ years of experience;
• Work on incidents to resolve operational issues in client environments;
• Document troubleshooting steps, action plans, and outcomes work collaboratively and escalate to higher levels of support when needed;
• Prioritize work based on established processes;
• Participate in the maintenance of client environments, monitor their performance and health;
• Provide regular reports as defined in client-specific processes and procedures as well as ad-hoc requests by client and leadership;
• Adhere to company and client-specific policies and procedures;
• Relevant technical education or experience (Computer Science, Telecommunications, etc.);
• Good Command of English

Will be considered as advantage:

• Windows Administration and Active Directory Management;
• Experience handling Trend Micro services;
• Knowledge of virtualization and related technologies;
• Knowledge of networking;
• German language.
