UI/UX Designer (Contractor)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and interface design, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products. As a UI/UX Designer contractor at Vaultody, you will work on an hourly basis to design user-centric interfaces that enhance the user experience of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products function and look.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
• Ability to present and communicate your design ideas effectively.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with Blockchain is a plus
