Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer proficient in leveraging Cursor.com to enhance development efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems while optimizing workflows using AI-assisted development.

Our team actively utilizes Cursor.com to streamline and accelerate development processes. If you do not incorporate AI in your workflow, this role may not be a suitable fit, as efficiency and speed are critical in our environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices.

Design and implement event-driven architectures and distributed systems.

Utilize AI-assisted development tools to increase efficiency and code quality.

Work closely with front-end and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration.

Optimize database performance and implement security best practices.

Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and AI-assisted coding advancements.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in backend development.

Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, Go, or another modern backend technology.

Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

Must be proficient in using Cursor.com or an equivalent AI-powered coding tool.

Strong database skills (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.).

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.
