    We are looking for a fearless, highly organized, and customer-focused IT Administrator to join our global IT team working from our Varna, Bulgaria office in a hybrid role.  This position will support our office and employees in Varna and other teams spread across North America and EMEA.  A flexible work schedule and coming into the Varna office is required.

    In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of delivering positive end-user experiences, system evaluation and testing, break-fix activities, network administration, compliance, and more.  The role requires a hands-on approach to end-user experience management and is cross-functional in its scope and mandate.  If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences, can communicate in both technical and user-friendly manner, are the go-to person for resolving technical issues quickly and accurately, then this is the position for you.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Corporate IT Services and Operations Support
    • Provide IT Support for all global employees (onsite and remote) including responding toTechnology and Applications requests, troubleshooting, repair, and resolution for all our internal employees and business needs
    • Maintain and support the Varna office IT infrastructure and employee technical needs.
    • Monitor, respond, and work quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Service Desk and IT Services Slack channel
    • Setting up user accounts, access to applications, and configure computers according to standard operating procedures
    • Provide support for business technology and services, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Okta, Slack, mobile devices, and more
    • Manage endpoint devices with Intune and Jamf
    • Support networking solutions and connectivity (LAN, VPN, WiFi, DHCP, etc.)
    • Participate in additional technology initiatives as required with various degrees of complexity and size (technology rollouts, integrations, migrations, and OS upgrades, etc.)
    • Collaborate with other members of the IT Services Team, Security, and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent IT services levels to our Uptempo employees
    • Other duties/responsibilities as required and assigned

    Skills & Experience We’re Excited About:

    • 3-5 years’ experience as an IT Administrator
    • A passion for Customer Service and Support – Customer service mindset
    • Knowledgeable of computer components with the ability to perform upgrades, update drivers, update firmware, and complete repairs
    • Technical troubleshooting experience
    • Experience working with and supporting Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Apple MacBook OSx operating systems
    • Proven experience supporting SaaS applications like Microsoft 365 productivity platform of tools – Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook Online, Exchange Online, etc.
    • Experience with Wired/Wireless networking, VPN solutions, Networking components – IP Addressing, DHCP, DNS, etc.
    • English language skills – Ability to speak clearly and write in English
