UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic Automation QA Specialist

If you have:

• 1+ years of experience in test automation of web and mobile applications;
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools;
• Superb computer skills, including database management;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management;
• Strong in JIRA, ZephyrScale or XRay;
• Good understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies;
• Experience with relational databases;
• Experience in testing Microservices and Web Services (SOAP, RESTful);
• Willingness to develop your skillset.

Will be an advantage if you have

• Experience in implementing automated test execution as part of CI/CD pipelines and code quality assurance of automated tests through CI/CD tools.
• Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, JUnit or similar.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as C#, Java;
• Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools.

• Pro-active attitude, team-oriented and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communicational skills and ability to cooperate with teams;

• Experience with Scrum or Kanban and Agile methodologies;
• Good command of English.

And you would like to:

• Introduce, set and monitor standards for selected technologies and methodologies and monitors the adherence to them
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies, drive continuous improvement and strive for technical excellence
• Establish best practices and innovative approach for Automation testing
• Make suggestions for code-level quality improvement through code reviews within the Community of Practice.
• Analyze business requirements and define a systematic testing strategy including test automation in an agile environment
• Develop, maintain and execute well designed, documented, and complete automation scripts for all applicable software tests
• Contribute to the development of an effective continuous testing process
• Defect Analysis and Defect Management.
• Provide regular reports for the performed automated tests
