We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with French and English to join our newest project in the renewable energy sector.
Working hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria, you will be pivotal in providing support via telephone, email, and live chat for our portfolio of renewable energy products.
This role reports directly to the Support Team Lead and emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring effective problem resolution, and escalating issues when necessary.
