TSD is looking to hire a Mid-To-Senior Level Application Support Engineer to help with the support, administration, and maintenance of business-critical applications for one of our main US-based clients in the financial industry.

Job Role:
The primary focus of this position is to provide support for business-critical applications and tools, maintain their availability, monitor the environments, and perform deployment, maintenance, and optimization requests. These activities require frequent communication with related internal and external parties both verbally and written. Incoming workloads are received through an internal ticketing system and their implementation is done in line with pre-defined change, request, and incident management processes.
